Delivery & Returns

At Timbit Wood Design, we take great care to ensure your handcrafted wood products arrive safely and on time.

Processing Time:
All standard orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time depending on design complexity. Estimated lead times will be confirmed at checkout or during the quoting process.
Shipping Methods:
We use trusted local couriers to deliver your order securely. Delivery times and costs vary based on your location and the size or weight of your item(s).
Local Delivery & Collection:
Local delivery may be available within a certain radius. Alternatively, you can choose to collect your order directly from our workshop by appointment.
Delivery Updates:
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Because our products are often handmade or custom-designed, we aim to ensure every item meets your expectations.

Custom Orders:
Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. We will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.
Standard Products:
For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an error occurred on our part.
